Requesting a photo shoot is as easy as sending an email. Your correspondence should include the following information:

• Who or What is the subject of the shoot?
• What type of photos am I looking for?
• When do I want to have the shoot?
• Where do I want the photo shoot to happen?
• Why am I scheduling an appointment with Digital Perspectives?
• Will I need a Digital Perspectives Hairstylist?
• Will I need a Digital Perspectives Makeup Artist?

You are hiring a photography service at $100 per hour + expenses, NOT buying products or prints. At the end of your photo shoot, expect to receive all your photographs on a CD.

• Hairstylist & Makeup Artist service at $100 per person to ensure maximum impact of time spent in front of the camera.
• Finger nail, toe nail & facial manicures performed PRIOR to appointment for closeup shots.
• Freshly groomed nose hair, ear hair, neck hair, mustache, beard, goatee, finger nails and toe nails.
• 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment, ensure all subjects are properly hydrated for optimum skin resonance.
• DO NOT over-expose skin to UV rays within 48 hours of appointment.
• When using Hairstylist services, come to appointment with NO PRODUCTS on your freshly washed hair.
• When using Markup Artist services, come to appointment with NO makeup.
• Plan, prepare & bring the attire and props for the different looks you desire to achieve.
• Communicate expected results and concerns PRIOR to your appointment to make the most out of your time and money being spent.
• Photo Shop services are available at $50 per hour to 'clean-up' any personal preferences identified at the close of the shoot.

• NO weddings.
• NO 'once in a lifetime' event.
• Anyone UNDER the age of 18 years:
  
  • MUST HAVE a signed parental/guardian permission form.
  • MUST HAVE a parental/guardian co-sign the model release waiver.
  • MUST HAVE an adult present during the shoot.
• ALL individuals being photographed MUST SIGN a model's release waiver PRIOR to the shoot, which outlines the contracted services and copyright ownership.
• Your appointment will be a professional experience. Any non-professional behavior WILL NOT be tolerated.
